The guys over at x5 have released a new version of their webportal for all PSP firmware versions!

Changelog:
-All new “Aqua” and “Dark Aqua” look.
-Several fixes for the “Out of Memory” problems.
-Updated source code.
-Redesigned standard 12 hour digital clock.
-iTunes/iPhoto-ready.– Soon said to be available via inbuilt update facility, so hang on!
Download aqua here, and dark here!
You must set your wallpaper to X5.jpg (included) BEFORE attempting to use the program. The app also only seems to work with the PSP webbrowser, so 2.0+ is required. (Thanks Suliman!)
UPDATE!
I have been doing abit of hacking, and if you go onto the mainsite (here) on a PSP you can access an online version (which in theory needs no install).
You can also try it out without a PSP! You need to disable javascript (see your browsers help section if need be), and go to here.
Enjoy!
