		<description><![CDATA[Over at PSP-GENERATION they&#8217;ve released a modified version of Red Squirrel&#8217;s PSAR dumper.  Ultimately &#8220;RSPsar Dumper&#8221; is responsible for dumping and decrypting Sony&#8217;s latest firmware update (4.05).
Evidently there aren&#8217;t many changes; so the likelihood of a custom firmware based on 4.05 is next to none.  But, we&#8217;ll wait and see what happens.
