When Alpha Secret Base releases a new game, it’s a safe bet MK2k is hot on their trail. Recently made available is the third in their Kaiten Patissier trilogy: Champyonshipp Kaiten Patissier 1.00.

And yes, we know, MK2k knows, and you know — it’s spelled “Championship.” But does Alpha Secret Base know?

Quoting MK2k -

After the great Kaiten Patissier and Ura Kaiten Patissier games, team Alpha Secret Base released Champyonshipp Kaiten Patissier today. The game play stays the same as in Kaiten Patissier and Ura Kaiten Patissier. With this release you get 50 really hard levels to challenge your brain and reactions. Have fun with the PSP port of it.

After eliciting a positive response from the homebrew community, MK2k returns with yet another port of an Alpha Secret Base game you can barely pronounce — Ura Kaiten Patissier.

The game-play remains the same as Kaiten Patissier; however, Ura Kaiten Patissier introduces various new elements and 50 new brain-boggling levels.

What do I always say around this time? That’s right, get down with the get down, baby.

Chalk up another Alpha Secret Base port for MK2k. You played yesterday’s release of Gannatsu, now it’s Kaiten Patissier’s turn.

I agree; indiegames.com says it best –

Kaiten Patissier is the latest game from D.K., several months in the making, and which I [oranda] highly recommend. It uses the same ‘collect-them-all’ mechanic as Good Luck Natsuki, but is built entirely around the concept of rotating the levels to re-adjust the locations of platforms, boxes, walls, floors, and ceilings (Kaiten is Japanese for “rotate”). After collecting all but the last item in each level, a bonus item will appear somewhere in the level, so be sure to keep an eye out for the bonus items if you want to get 100% completion.
