AVEC V1 – GPS Vector Map Viewer by Art
AVEC is a Vector map viewer capable of displaying and navigating maps in the common Polish format maps. The 1.50 kernel version can also receive location from a GPS device and display your location on the map. If the map file has street information, the program tells you what street you are in, or look up the name of a street selected with the cross hair.
The 1.50 version should be installed to GAME150. If you have a GPS setup for MapThis! it will be compatible since it uses the same GPS routines. The newer firmwares version should be installed to PSP/GAME352 or
PSP/GAME5xx, etc.
Games:

Comments (11)Portable Bubble v1.0 Released: A Homebrew Clone of Puzzle Bobble and the Likes
greg | July 23, 2009
Gefa’s got a brand new homebrew… Inspired by Puzzle Bubble Bobble, I think that’s right… And also Rui Barbosa Martins’ pyBubble script, which is a similar clone written in Python, comes 100 levels of ball-blasting goodness — Portable Bubble v1.0.
You can create your own levels too — It’s real simple…
Once you’ve unpacked the Portable Bubble archive, browse to PSP/GAME/PortableBubble/lvls. Take a look at the default_levels.txt file.
Now, to create your own level set, simply create a new text file in the same directory and follow suit using default_levels.txt as a guideline.
The numbers 1 to 7 correspond to the different coloured balls, while the dashes indicate a blank space.
That’s it, that’s all.

Comments (13)PSPDictionary v2.4.0 Released
greg | February 12, 2009
While it’s not really a dictionary at all, PSPDictionary is no doubt one handy tool to have… Translate words or phrases from/to English, Italian, French, Spanish, and German.
PSPDictionary features two translation modes — offline and online. Offline mode uses the translations available from wiktionary.org; there are about 6000 for each language. Online uses any of the following translation services — langtolang, Yahoo! Babel Fish, or Google Translate.
So next time you’re traveling abroad, ensure your PSP is equipped with Gefa’s PSPDictionary. And maybe actual word definitions will make a future release. Till then, keep fit and have fun.
PSPDictionary v2.4.0 changes:
- Now the program is distributed under the GNU General Public License.
- Improved the offline mode, adding the support for the translations freely distributed by Wiktionary. Now there are about 6000 translations for each language. Besides for the offline mode has been added a new language: Latin.
- Some little improvements.
