pmf files no larger than 1.35 is the correct number I believe. I have used gameboots over 1mb. In any case, good idea for a thread.
I recommend any/all of the Metal Gear Acid 1/2 pmf files that would be compatible.

gameboot requests are a bit tough since we can't make our own yet and most games dont have pmfs that are small enough for gameboots. There won't be a mario one made until we can convert our own pmfs since mario = nintendo. As for naruto, I've seen people use the Prince of Persia slashes (theres 3 different ones) to resemble kunai's slashing through.

I have a naruto/ninja themed devhook 2.71, my CSOs even match the theme! naruto narutimate portable and tenchu! I'll try to make a video and post it on youtube
...actaully it's not really naruto themed, more specifically it's itachi/sharingan themed
