ok this may be a little late but better tha never.
With the new forum look of PunBB there is a new little feature. This feature is called the "Report" button. This button shows up on the bottom of every post. Now It is here for a reason. All it does is makes a little thing on the screen for mods come up and we can go and look at the person you reported. You may leave a little note why you reported this person.
Lets first start off with the reasons it is NOT there for!
You are not to report someone for posting a thread in the wrong topic! that will be taken care of soon enough.
It is NOT for telling us mods that so-n-so called you a n00b.
It is NOT for any small stupid useless reason you can come up with
Now for what you SHOULD use it for
If someone is being extremely racist
If someone is posting links to ISOs ROMs or Porn
If there is an extreme amount of flaming going on
be a responsible forum member and know when to and not to report someone
other mods feel free to add whatever you feel important to my post!
Use common sense, this list is not exclusive but just some ideas, you will know when to report someone.

Also if sombody flames once because u said somthing dumb, or because u started somthing
dont report them for that
but if sombody just becomes a nuisance posting "Fuck this, and fuck that" all over the place
then feel free to let us know
