Maybe, since your PC seems to be self-built, you have some misplaced wires causing a short circuit? Try checking all the connections.
Perhaps your PSU isn't powerful enough?
And the battery thing. Take it out and leave it out for a good 15 minutes.

Tried an old generic video card today and got the same results, so its not the video card either. Also, i took apart the whole thing and put it back together and still no luck. I even did some serious wire management to make sure the fans would actually be doing their job. Hmm, i guess it could be the power supply...maybe. I have a 500 watt power supply that supports my mobo, one dvd drive, and my hard drive. Should be enough though dont you think? Yeah i left the cmos battery out over night actually (overkill i know) but its still frickin bonkers.

Everything is only about 2 months old so its still completely clean and there's no need for compressed air; although ill give that a shot later anyways after i buy some. Ill take out the processor as well and put it back in to see if it helps. My mobo doesnt have interegated graphics so unfortunately i cant :/
