i just got me a ice silver slim PSP and i wanted to play old version of Mortal kombat all the versions of this game from different systems
the thing is i don't know what files to install downgrade or upgrade.i have 4.01 version i just wain install the right files
and don't screw anything up.please give me a list of files to install with the latest versions.

do you have the 1.50 addon?, if not install the updates from here then use the 1.50 easy installer

as for the games there will never be a PS2 emulator
for PS1, Install Popstation first.....read the stickies to find it.....find the ISO via whatever means, Google or whatever and use something like Impalers PSX EBOOT creator to convert it.

for PC, your best bet would be to use a console port

well i got a problem whit all of the guides i have bin stuck on FW 2.80 for over a month because i cant find any henD that work. i think i have tried over 1000times so someone give me an answer on henD because here i need to downgrade to. and remember there are no stupid question only stupid replays:twisted:

When you are looking at the file called HenD in the photos, wait 3 seconds, Depending on how many other pics you have. Now, to get it running EVERY TIME, push "Right" on the D-pad and "X" at the exact same time. You will actually open the picture and be able to SEE it. Now, wait 2 seconds and hit circle "O".

ok, sorry for asking this, but i'm pretty tierd/tard and i think have missunderstood . i bought a slim with 4.01, and then i borrowed my friends fat(not hacked or done anything with) that had 2.71. i made the fat 2.80 and then 1.50. so now i got a slim with 4.01 and a fat with 1.50, and i wanna hack the slim. some one plz tell me what to do next . (i'm pretty clueless when it comes to hacking stuff.)

Note, these are 4 psp's that have custom firmware or 1.5 installed, if u have Official Sony firmware(any version) u must downgrade/flash custom firmware first.

DOWNGRADING/UPGRADING TIPS:
Before any upgrade/downgrade, a few things to keep in mind,
Charge ur battery so its 100% full, AC power plugged in when u run the upgrade/downgrade, backup any valuable files/savedata from ur psp, restore psp to default settings, format memstick before coping files to psp, remove any umd from ur psp, read readme file, NEVER TURN OFF PSP DURING DOWNGRADE/UPGRADE!

Links 4 noobproof 3.52M33 custom firmware installers (props to Calo and Stallone):
Download, extract/uncompress file, read readme file, run exe file with psp connected in usb mode.
run these installers from with 1.5 kernal mode set.(enter recovery menu>config)
-Go from 1.5 to 3.52M33 here:

Once at 3.52M33, install Update #4, here:

then, make UPMS and use it to hack slim

when pressing the UPMS icon on my psp, it loads, then it says "The game could not be started. (80020312) is that suppose to happen?(prob not) so far i haven't touched the slim. was i suppose to use UMPS on my slim , not my fat? i'm using a MS PRO Duo that i thook from my sony ericsson cell phone and formated. for my slim i got a 2gb one. is there any switching?
