Even though quite short, still a classic installment of the franchise, if you are a God Of War fan....
and if you're not, it's just the same as the others. Square, square, square...

You shouldn't embarrass yourself like that, obviously you CAN press square multiple times and maybe eventually kill something, but no. Only you would do that. There's also triangle for vertical more powerful strikes, O for grabs and X for jumping. Then use the trigger buttons to either dodge an attack or guard or use your special moves you unlock after getting enough red orbs. (cyclone, etc.) You also unlock new weapons with new gameplay (Zeus's gauntlet for example) Meaning you need strategy - specially when fighting bosses. Also there are puzzles and whatnot so it isn't constant fighting.
All in all it's a very good game and if too simple minded people like you can't appreciate and enjoy it so be it - just don't bash it ![]()

that's their feeble attempt at adding "depth" to the game. and I'm simple minded because I don't like depthless, repetitive games, and I do enjoy games where you actually have to think about what you're doing, because one wrong choice could alter the entire story? because that's very simple minded.
