To all you guys that are having trouble finding the [PSP AVI] profile, is because you're using 0.70 and it doesn't have that profile for some reason, you need to download winmenc 0.61.

I downloaded 0.61 and you're right, it does have the correct profile. This makes things a bit easier. Thanks!

I had the same problem. I had to redo #8 under Step 1, "make sure the FPS is 29.970."

for some reason,the mps file doesn show up.i did everything it said and when i encode+multiplex it,it says this in the log window "Error frame count : 0, Warning frame count : 0" so it wont make the mps file.
WHOEVER KNOWS HOW TO FIX THAT,PLEASE HELP!!
