Ok so it starts in an orderly fashion.Yes i can make it say Kevin is Cool but theres alot with that like sound,color,font and wave thanks p0op for making me remember what im doing and the alternative stock with Kevin is Cool.Thanks for your understanding

Double Edit:ok my friend i made just a plain opening plugin for you that says Kevin is cool.First hook your psp to your computer with the usb cable.Then to put your psp into recovery mode do the following power button off for well i count to 10 but you'll see when the lights go off.Then power it on while holding the right trigger and thats your recover mode.Then you want to scroll down to advanced click and then click toggle usb (flash0) once you click that you will see files on you computer.You want to open vsh then resource there is where your opening plugin is right click it and save it somewhere now you can use the one i gave and over wright it.All you have to do now is close everything and you should be good to go
