Looking for soft modder to make custom xmb

Hey everyone, Im looking for a soft modder to make me some custom rco's or plugins for me for a theme Im trying to put together.

I have it all so far except...

I want to have a full text xmb. Something similar to the categories plugin that was recently released but I want it to go text all the way up to the point of executing the game or homebrew i choose.

Zero Icons / Zero Animations is what I'm asking for, so if I select the folder I have my PSP iso's in, I just want to see a text list of every Iso I have in that folder. List placement is open and free for you to decide where is easiest to put it. But if it doesnt matter I'd like it to be a pop out of the right side of the screen just like the plugin.
