Something about Buu

Something about Buu I never understood was that when Kid Buu absorbed (way before the start of the series) some of the Supreme Kais, his power level was diminished but when the Buu appears on Earth and fights the z-fighters, absorbing Gotenks, Gohan, Piccolo, he gets stronger.

maybe the kai's have a negative impact on Buu, and the Z fighters can counter act the kai's negative effect on buu.

It's because the Grand Supreme Kai (Daikaioh), whom Kid Buu absorbed, had such a innocence about him, and that innocence influenced Buu's behaviour from then on. And because Buu was so "nice", he had no reason to get angry and use his power. If he hadn't had that innocent influence in him, I have no doubt that Buu would have stayed at full power like he was when he once again became Kid Buu.

Found a site with the power levels... and supposedly they are accurate. Anyway, according to the site, Super Buu with Gohan absorbed is the strongest Buu. Stronger than Kid Buu and the only reason why Kid Buu was so feared is because he was pure evil (in other words, really fucking dangerous) which is true because he went from place to place destroying planets.

So the dubs were bullshitting us. Read the manga I guess. In fact, the Fat Buu that hatched is stronger that Kid Buu, of course that Fat Buu lost a lot of power when the Evil Buu came out of him. That explains why he was no match against Kid Buu in the final battle. That Evil Buu that came out of Fat Buu, according to the site, is just as strong as Kid Buu. If Kid Buu was really stronger than everyone else, then Goku SS3 wouldn't have lasted long enough to launch the Spirit Bomb.

Some of the stuff that site says:
Fat Buu: 1 billion
Evil Buu: 720 million
Super Buu (which was Evil Buu absorbing Fat Buu): 4 billion
Super Buu (absorbing Gohan): 6.7 billion (6,700,000,000)
Kid Buu: 720 million (720,000,000), [Goku SS3 is just as powerful]
Mr. Buu: 400 million, the Fat Buu at the end of the story which befriends everyone and lives with Hercule.

So this just means that Kid Buu did get stronger as he absorbed some of the Supreme Kais and like Dilligaf said, with Buu absorbing the Grand Supreme Kai, innocence influenced his behavior, making him more powerful but less dangerous than Kid Buu.
