Anyone know which movie this is

Okay I were talking with some friends and about a movie which they played on Swedish tv almost every year around Halloween the years near the start of Halloween (Halloween have only existed since 1995 in Sweden), might actually been a bit later, like around 2000 maybe.

In the movie there were a grimreaper and a lot of people died but they all had a number cut into their foreheads which symbolized which murder victim they were (so like the 10th victim had a 10 cut into their forehead). It's been a lot of years since I saw the movie so this is what I remember, but there might have been a guy how had an important role and a girl who got murdered/almost murdered in a kitchen but I'm not sure really, I think the murderer used a utility knife for cutting in the numbers.
