installing theme help - PSP Hacks

I put the themes the CTF files in the PSP/THEME folder, but i dont know where to go to apply them i go to the theme settings but i have only 2 default and classic theme im confused.

What model is your PSP 1000, 2000, or 3000 ? What CFW are you running ?

Did you install CXMB and enable the plugin ?

yes i did, but im not sure it was the right one, can someone redirect me to the cxmb download.
