i need vshmain.prx decompress / decrypted ...

Hi.
im trying to color my text menu font, but when i use my vshmain.prx from my recovery mode it wont not load up in Custom XMB Editor v4.
One of the guy said you need to use a vshmain.prx decrypted or decompress or something.
He said using it from recovery mode wont work or wont open, so he told me to get the decrypted watever its called.

Can someone please upload it for me or send it through my email.
My SYSTEM Firmware is 3.40 OE-A
