Custom theme icons not displaying

I've downloaded several custom themes with different icons in the xmb but when I load the themes the icons are the same as the same as the normal ones

I'm running cfw 5.50 GEN D2 and I had the same issue with 5.50 GEN B and B2

Are they CTF's and did you install CXMB ?
