VERTEX convert request

Ok This is a theme by blessedhands
It is really one of my personal favourite ^^ , and i recently upgraded to 5.50 gen-d2 (auto-decrypting is awesome).
So i wondering if any could convert this theme to 5.50 as it is only for 5.00 now =.=

Oh ya , I dun think anyone posted this theme here yet So...

* Contains 30 Hi res images in 01-12.bmp (with slim color patch enabled)
* There are some images from 13-30 w/c may not be suitable for ages 18 below.
* The theme has ultra cool music browser/player
