PSN PSP Theme

when I download it I get an xpd file (a small one at that)
the psp uses ptf so, my question is wtf?

You have to download some software for the Playstation store off your PC. Then, from there, you can open and save the PTF.

NVM, the software was hidden under "VIEW CURRENT DOWNLOADS"

that was me, I deleted it because I got it myself

now I just have to get a hold of the PSN PS3 theme, so I can extract the files from it
