Default Metal Gear Solid CODEC Theme (All Images and Sounds Provided)

I don't know exactly how difficult this would be to do, but it should be fairly possible. Animated images might be necessary (or at least would help make it better), but I can at least supply all of the sounds and still images that could be used. Scroll down for a .RAR here with all of the images/sounds inside.

Basically, I think a theme could very effectively be designed around the codec system, which is the radio communication Snake uses to talk to his comrades, specifically from its first incarnation in MGS1 since it is far simpler. Different icons/menus could be the faces of the various people he communicates with, and the sounds would be super easy. In case you're unfamiliar with what this looks like in general, check out just a few seconds of this:

Quality is pretty low, but you get the idea. For starters, when the PSP turns on it should just be a black screen with the "CALL" image flashing, and the codec ring noise. Kind of like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfixYJ7zvTk#t=1m40s

Anyway, from there the codec open/close noises could be used for opening/exiting menus, the door buzzer sound from locked doors could be used for errors, and the "!" found noise could be used for notification messages or whatever. There are a few other sounds that could be easily incorporated wherever, like the item menu noise and the sound from using an item. I'm not quite sure where they'd go though, since I've never designed a PSP theme. If this is something anyone thinks they would at all be interested in, I personally think that would be quite badass and really cool. Hurdles would include: Animating the little frequency bar in the back, the different number frequencies changing for different people, and animating peoples faces. All of those images exist, I just don't know how hard they would be to incorporate. On a side note, as fun as all of those last three features would be, absolutely none of them are necessary. Any thoughts/questions/input/suggestions/whatever much appreciated.

Here's the RAR with everything you will need: Sprite sheets, sounds, blank images, stuff, etc: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=BRUEEXFD

If there's any other sound files or images you think you might need or that you could use, let me know and I'll get it for you. That should be pretty close to everything you would need in the above link, though.

Thanks again a bunch!

[EDIT:] I just came across the image I put on top on Kotaku, which actually had nothing to do with an MGS theme for the PSP, but this is sort of a way it could be incorporated. As you'd scroll left and right, the face of the person on the left could change, along with the frequency/whatever. Icons/codec numbers/whatever could be displayed in that blank space at the bottom.

That's just ONE possible way of doing it, though, because I'm sure you could go about it in different manners if you'd so choose.[/EDIT]
