Happy Sky theme for 5.50GEN or tools to convert

I'm looking to use this theme (which I couldn't find here on the forum)...

...on 5.50GEN-B. So I'd like either a converted version of it or the tools to convert a 3.90 theme to either 5.50GEN or 5.00 m33 (from which I have the tool to convert to 5.50GEN.) Thanks in advance.
