crap i updated my psp slim to like 4.01 can i still use those themes?

can anyone give me a detailed tutorial on how to install these themes?! my PSP has the 3.80 m33-5 (which my friend installed for me) but I have no clue as to how to flash stuff and add these themes!...ya I know, Imma pretty big NooB when it comes to these custom themes but can any one help me?!

i just got my psp brick coz of this stupid themes... thanks yeah ... how do i unbrick it now...
