I am building a computer. I have a ECS A780GM-A ultra 780G HDMI motherboard (1- PCIE x16, 1 PCIE, and 3 PCI slots) with an AMD Athalon II X2 CPU and 2GB of memory. I am looking for an easy on the wallet video card. Any suggestions???

All depends on how much you want to spend. Could go for either a either low, mid or high end graphics card.
And also depends on whether you'd prefer an Nvidia graphics card or an ATI graphics card.

My current computer is running nvidia geforce4 integrated. A lot of people are telling me that raidian is better and cheaper. I am looking for a mid to high end card for less than $100.

While it's true that ATI cards are usually cheaper, they're not always better. Both ATI and NVIDIA cards have their advantages and disadvantages,
But in this case, I'd recommend going for the HIS HD 4850. It's the best ATI card you could get for $100. Plus, it's still a very good card. edit: Oh snap, Joe beat me to it. lol

I have a HD 4850. It's great, and it'll run most games on at least high settings
