Is this a virus?

Bit defender seems to think so. I formated my card in the psp, and its still there, hidden along with three other files that are in the hidden RECYCLER folder. open= has the path to one of them.
Anyone know what this is? its on both my cards, and the Comp wont let me format them. oddly enuf, its not on my ntfs usb hdd.

From the looks of it, you have a virus that's creating an Autorun.ini file that's suppose to make a program appear to be a folder. I've seen this before. And if I'm right, when you plug it in, you'll see an autorun, and you will see two "Open folder to view files" and one of them is under the "Programs" section. If so, it is a virus, and you need to run a virus scan ASAP and completely format the disk using the Disk Mangement utility (Perhaps even clear partition tables using DISKPART) on all removable media (After you back up data) this is to ensure that you clear out the RECYCLER

EDIT3: I guess I should also say, that recycler is the Recycle Bin, but Conficker has ways around that.
