I have a simpletech 120gb hard drive that has my backed up files and for some reason I can no longer use it or format it (even with cmd prompt)... what, if anything, can I do??? Thnx in advance


Ps I have gone to the website and downloaded the latest driver and I can no longer recieve a replacement because the warranty expired last month...:(

Is it an external or internal HDD?

external and I can get the files off with a special program but it doesn't work otherwise...

the forum is all around computers.
