first thing I would try, is a different distro... clean install and start from scratch. Maybe zinga or other with more skills can help u better, just wait for their input. luck

Use Driver Sweeper in safe mode to get rid of any drivers you have. Any additional drivers that you have installed that Driver Sweeper doesn't get rid of I recommend you remove manually.

Then, install your drivers one by one and try and recreate BSODs and/or other errors. When you get an error, it's probably the last driver you installed, so either find an updated, Windows 7 supported version or just uninstall it.

Sounds to me like it's either a Hardware issue, a Driver issue, or RAM failure.

Im 100% sure its driver or software related. The Hardwares been nothing but perfect. Thanks for the recommendations all but i just dont have the time and patience to uninstall all the drivers and put them on one by one and wait for a crash, it would take days if not weeks :/ as they are quite uncommon now.

I did install some drivers for SAS and other motherboard driver recently for ASUS P6T deluxe, but they were for windows7 and i think asus are a respectable company, and by that i mean i think the test before they release unlike others.
