Use CTF manager to extract the contents of the CTF, replace system_plugin_bg.rco in the resource folder, then rebuild the CTF:

Install WaverFlasher for CXMB thats all you gotta do, and put system_plugin_bg.rco into /psp/game/waveflasher/putcustomxmbhere/ and then load the eboot from mem stick and press X. It might work on cfw 3.xx im not sure but I know it works for 4.05m33 to 5.00m33-6
