[Realease] CPU-Modulator by lokiare1
I know this has already been done and done better but I made a prx that increases and reduces the speed based on cpu usage.
I fixed the logging bug. It now logs to cpumodulatorlog.txt instead of the cpumodulator.ini I've updated this to v0.11 It now switches between 333mhz, 222mhz, 111mhz, and 95mhz. I've also taken away the annoying text that pops up, and added logging, it doesn't show the time or date or anything, but it does show the different CPU speeds it runs at.
