Hello everyone.
I'm not sure if anyone know me here or not (I worked on PMP Mod and am a moderator over at psp-programming.com) - it doesn't really matter anyway - but I'd just like to express my negative feelings about the prize no 1) that is supposed to contain ILLEGAL backups of PS2 games. I'm not sure either if this community even cares about something like that, but I and a lot of serious developers do. To be honest, InsertWittyName, Tomaz, Abhoth and me were about to go enter this competition - until I read that information about that prize. We all share the opinion that this is a bad idea and are not gonna enter the competition unless the PS2 hardrive is freed from all illegal contents, no matter how much it may virtually lower it's value and independant of if we would even win anything in this competition. That's not an ultimatum, but a request. If you're not in the mood to fullfill that, because you (the competition holders) don't think this is a concern or for whatever reason you might have (I myself would be interested in that), then we have no problem with that. It's not our intent to force you to fullfill our wishes, but we want to enter a competition without any thoughts of regret. IMO I find it selfdestructive to publicly enter a competition where illegal content is prized. And yes, I know that the internet is kind of anonym to some degree, but that doesn't change my mind, because I don't like to hide myself more than is necessary under that anonymousity layer - meaning I'd like to have my nick name connected with my real name and be able to show my development work openly in the hope that a future employer might find it appealing. That's just my view on that subject though. I myself would really like to have that matter discussed to some degree at minimum if it is of any hope to convince you to remove that illegality factor of that prize. Best regards, Raphael |

Someone always has to come alone and have a cry, as if you dont have anything illegal Raphael. Wait i think i hear your kids looking at PG rated cartoon related websites on your family computer :O quick go punish them and remove their computer rights for 6 months, after all they committed a mortal sin.
