Port request (c++ small game! w/source)

Hi there PSP dev'rs I'm not a programmer but I've read that you can port c++ games to psp. I'm desperetly looking for someone who can help me port the game "holtz" at http://holtz.sourceforge.net/

It would be great since holtz have two of the greatest strategy games of all times together zertz and dvonn.
