Exclamation New to development.

I need help. I am usiong cygin to try and create homebrew but it gives me a hell of alot of error messages. Is there an easier way for c++?
I also would like to make my own firmware but I have pbp unpacker but cant hex edit. Is ther a simpler way?

Im not one to tell you this because I try to do stuff beyond my abilities all the time but Id say dont start off by trying to make a firmware .

also If I was you Id use MinPSPw (http://minpspw.sourceforge.net/) theres no need for the long wait times... minpspw takes like 1 - 3 minutes to install. Much easier . to make programming a lot easier follow this tutorial here:
