What kind of code do you want?
Servers, Games, Calculations, Handystuff, ...? Which language ought it be in? C/C++? Assembly? Java? Lua? Ruby?... How far is it allowed? Are cracks/hooks/injections/ and so on allowed? By the way you should post the winners code and the 2 or 3 behind him, to make it a bit more public and to be able to track decicions
