awesome, i figured out the lvl editor.

i couldn't be cause for some reason it was taking a massive dump.

i think it was because for some reason, some games will run insanely fast on my pc.
and thats not fast in a good way.
almost like system timing is getting raped behind the scenes...?? wonder if that means my computer is gonna die?

EDIT:

http://www.mediafire.com/?ojdimlz2n0y

my first level.

Nice , you also figured out how to create cutscenes.
The only thing that's missing is some light sources , and you should enable back
the lighting on that platform.

Let me try to guess...

*thinks*

You tried to use the extra transformation tools( scale / rotation etc ) , but you totally forgot about:
Quote:
Tutorial 1 : Key shortcuts & input events
...
To change velocity level for special transformations(scale/rotation etc) : use 0..9 numpad keys
...

?

thats actually a possibility.
i wasn't making up what i said about the insanly fast thing tho lol.
a possible way to be sure, is the skybox rotation effected by that? (the velocity factor?)

if it isn''t then its because of my pc (i blam my current GPU, its... strange)
cause for a while it was just spinning so damn fast it was instane, you couldn't really see it.
now it works and rotates nice and slow.

anyway, now that i got the level creator on my mind, im gonna make a *real* level now.

EDIT:

ok yea it is my computer.. its doing it again. got to restart. always seems to fix w/e is going on..

Hmmm , it sounds to me like some background task might running(antivirus / or whatever)
and messes up everything that uses timed steps , and when rebooting some service
gets disabled(temporarily).

When the simulator is OFF , only one thing still updating its
internal timestep , and that is the animated skybox :-).

(
(Makes sense?)
)

I'd love to play an online 2 or 4 player version of this game. Did you need people to host the server? I can host a Linux server if it runs on Linux.

But like other people said, I'd really like the game more if the mass of the ball were more like a golf ball or a little heavier, instead of a lead ball bearing. I guess it's too late for that for the existing levels, since I'm sure they are build with the properties of the ball in mind. Oh well. You can't have everything.
