That doesn't help.
I need more info , such as : model(is it 3000 for example?) & firmware.

Anyway , here's my new todo list before the deadline :
*add save points ( crystals will become save points in case you fail )
*normalize the difficulty of some levels
*and if i can make it in time i will make a few levels.

Ok. I got PSP2k, 5.00 m33-6, and when I boot up the game it has a white screen with music playing and then after 30 or so seconds a grey box with stuff inside it pops up and then it zooms in and out and then the screen goes white again. Do i extract the Marble_Static and leave it in the folder and do i put everything inside the downloaded folder onto my memory stick or do i just put the, eboot, Marble_Static folder and external folder, in a folder in my game folder on my memorystick?

Brick, very well done. This proves the great usage LTE has! Think it's about time to open the lite mod to the 'public', so to speak? I know a few other avid Irrlicht users as well who love to make improvements and let's be honest.. we only want the rendering part we can handle input, audio, gui, networking etc. etc.

I gotta say this is a milestone i'm loving what you've done to LTE I knew this beast was there all along, just never thought to release it by removing all the shyte like you've done

This along with personal experience - my god I am foaming at the mouth for my next project! I don't exactly have time to stress test the PSP with it so I can't mess with effects all day long but mannn...

I think some very very great things are coming

That means that there are no textures at all loaded , and makes me think that you didn't install the game correctly.

To install marble , :

1)Extract the package
2)A directory named "PSPMarble_FinalPublicRelease" should appear
3)just copy the whole "PSPMarble" directory(that's inside "PSPMarble_FinalPublicRelease") and install it to :"PSP/GAME" directory.

And let me know if it did the trick...

Yeah , i plan to release LTE really soon.

As you might have noticed by looking at my mod's source, the change log is kinda huge ,
and the last 2 days i have improved some modules(for example , the particles are much faster now,
and the POINT EMITTER actually work's ;-) ) ... that means that the changelog getting bigger ,
so its a lot of work to do a proper release.

Anyway , i'll let you know when im ready to release LTE LITE MOD , so you can finish up that fader effect
:-P(Well,if you haven't already).

Oh , and good luck with your project...

Thanks I got it to work. Its way to hard, the controlls are to stiff (by turning and stuff) and I think it has something to do with the heaviness of the marble, it needs to be just a bit lighter, and the camera angle is a little hard to see, I cant figure out where a platform is when i change camera angle because its different. I think it would be way better if you could somehow make a free camera where you can rotate it like look up and down and look around 360 degrees. But other than that, well done Great game

PSPnoObmOd , about the camera i will try to see if i can improve the angular rotation a bit.

But for the camera that you're suggesting the current design of the scene management will have a few issues(speedwise) , so it can not be done without re-indexing the geometry(the editor does that) for the best possible rendering time.

Also , some triggers and sfx will get muted if i don't limit the camera's rotation/distance.

Anyway , i'll try to improve it a bit.

About the marble , well , in the first release it was the exact opposite(lol).
I'll try to balance the dumping effect , so everyone is going to be happy.

The main thing is they stiffness of the turn of the marble, you can jump, make it across to a platform, turn in the other direction and you can and just fall off the edge. It just needs to be that tiny bit less stiff and a little less heavier.

Oh well, could you have a zoom out feature or something like jelly car when you can see the whole map but like from overhead or something, it would make it a lot easier I think. I have played it for a while now, i played only 3 levels and I cant get to the portals, its just a tad challenging but thats a good thing, the heaviness of the marble is not a good thing, just a pain lol. I hope you do well with the updates, I look forward to them and some more levels

Thanks

The new version should be ready in about 2-3 hours.

But i'll post some new screenshots , showing-off what the level editor can do :

(edit : that's the new level : "Made of glass" )
