Icon help

Can someone make these icons have no background for me ? Im wanting to make category icons out of the images but I dont want the square background but I have no idea how to do it and I have no skills in photoshop or do I own photoshop - the last photo Im wanting to make a wallpaper with -THANKS !

wallpaper dawg as big as I can get him on flames background
