now i can finally make some AWSOME icons, cuz mine always came out shitty with black borders and stuff i thank you VERY VERY MUCH! Oh yeah it worked for me :P

i keep gettings problems when doing this, i put 256 as the colours on indexed mode and then try and it says too many colors (276)
so i put down to around 200 and then it says too many colors (402) i resize the colors and it gets more, WTF! lol could someone help me please, i dont wanna make it so i have to go down to around 50 where it looks crappy!

anyone know why when I mess with the hue and saturation it goes completely white? the entire image goes white, not just the pasted icon.
