When you unpack the file the first folder is called "bmp_dat_converter" inside that is another folder called "WidowConverter" inside there you will see a folder called "CONVERTED" I know its there cos I just downloaded it from the link I gave you ;)

You copy all your BMP files to the "YOUR_FILES" folder then click on "Convert BMP to DAT.cmd" and your files are copied to the "CONVERTED" folder and all other files are cleaned up.

Edit: BTW only put 1~6 BMP files in there, if you put any other BMP files in there, then after converting, anything which is named .bmp will be deleted.

I have tried to copy the memorystick icon and all I get is a jumbled up image, which makes me believe they are smaller images or.... well not sure what :/

hmm, it looks shifted, not jumbled? ahhh crap, maybe they're animations of some type, hence the 'pulsing glow' when it's highlighted?

Yea thats what I mean, all 3 images for the memorystick are shifted... cant work it out... :/

small pmf's maybe? or perhaps gif's?

because, they all (UMD/MEMSTICK) have some type of animation like a game has when loading through stick...makes ya wonder....

edit > does the network update one work or no?
