[Official] SOTM - October 09

After discussing this with the other staff members, they have approved of the idea and the Graphics section will start back up with the Signature of the Month contest for October 2009. I haven't paid much attention to the Graphics section since I've been a member here so please bear with me.

SOTM - October 09

Theme: Cars. (Gran Turismo Submissions Accepted)

Submission Dates: October 1-21st
Voting Dates: October 22nd - October 31st
How to Submit: PM to Demonchild

Rules:

1) Signatures must adhere to the theme at hand. If it doesn't it will be DQ'ed.
2) One submission per member. Submissions must be PM'ed to Demonchild by the start of October 22nd at 12:00 EDT. (GMT-4)
3) Members cannot change their submissions once received and validated.
4) Signatures can vary in dimension. However, too little or too big can result in a DQ.

5)BE ORIGINAL! Any work that is ripped will be DQ'ed.

6) Voting will be cast by members. You are allowed to vote for your own submission to help give yourself a boost. However, voting more than once on dupe accounts, or forcing other members to vote for you will result in a DQ and a suspension. All of this will be managed within a topic poll.

Reward:

-48 hour XBL Trial Code. I realized that I wouldn't have much use for it. So I will give the one I have to the winner. [Thanks Zero!]

-Winner(s) get to choose the next theme. All suggested / previously used themes will be posted for reference.
-SOTM Rank added to member title. (It goes at the bottom of your username)
-Winning entry will be added to the SOTY competition.

I know that I saw that it was that way in the past but I feel that there will be more hype to the contest if all was shown at one time.

I'm disappointed. Why?

You guys so want SOTM back, but none of you participated. I was generous by allowing 2 extra days. I think that you guys had LOTS of times to prepare a simple signature relating to the Cars / GT. My submission was done in a mere 10 mins. You guys had practically the whole month to do it. The contest will still go on as planned, but after this I won't do be a contest host for contests anymore. If you're interested, please PM me and I'll pass it on.

So without further to do - Get to voting. It's Zero vs. Me.

We should have posted the sigs here because it would bump the topic. I had started one, but with my hectic schedule I forgot about it. I have a half finished sig with a viper.

As soon as I get a word from Zero on what theme he wants for November, I shall start up November 2009..
