3.52m33-4 Theme request?

Does anyone know if the ps3 theme can be converted to 3.52m33-4? I know theres a converter somewhere... Please could someone do this?

Well, the theme I want, [the one I uploaded] has different xmb waves.
And that ps3 theme you posted has a glitchy game icon. Try it, idk its a little buggy. If you could just convert the one I put up that would be awesome.

It came in a big pack. Its Reever's ps3 theme for psp
