Question:
1.　What happens when I upgrade from 3.52 to 3.71+? Will I have to uninstall/reinstall CSR/BSR? What's the correct process and how exactly do you "uninstall" the plugin？

are you making sure the prx will be for your firmware would be first thing that come to my mind for to be honest the app is pretty solid so id would tend toward human error than anything.if you cant get it to work please upload the wav or prx that your trying to work with
