Thanks!! IT WORKED!! FINALLY!! I'm adding rep. I've wanted it to work for so long!

What is a MANIFEST file? What does it do?

EDIT: Would I need to keep them backed up for any reason at all?

they are like the name suggests as far as i get it but dont really know.i just said to back them up so if you were scared or similar but go ahead and delete.mine have been gone for six months or longer

Well I suppose it must be okay to get rid of them then.


EDIT: The links on the winmenc page don't seem to bring up a download for version 0.61 so here's a working link (.7z)
