Can somebody help me please?

After managing to get ChickHEN and CFWEnabler 3.60 on my PSP-3001, I'm still somewhat of a beginner at this. My details are in my sig.

I successfully made an EBOOT for Final Fantasy VIII disc 1 using PSX2PSP. But from what I've read, and from trying various other EBOOTs of PSX games, it's not going to work on my PSP right away. This is the part that I need help with next.

What I need next is the Popsloader, right? But which one do I use?

There are still some terms that I still don't really understand, like 5.00 m33-2/m33-6, and Recovery mode.

Can somebody help me on what I'm supposed to do next?

Hey was wondering if anyone can help me out..Ive having my first crack at getting a PSX game to play on my PSP, Ive got CFW 5.00 M33-6.
Ran through the guide, made my multi disc EBOOT of FF8 copy it across and when I go into it starts to load, it comes up with the Playstation logo i like yeah sweet FF8 on my PSP and I wait and Wait and then thats about it, screen goes black and wont load anymore of the game!
So at this point im pretty frustrated, downloaded the POPSTATION files and copied them into the seplugins folder on the MS go back into the game, now I can choose what fw to run it on but it still wont load

I should add that its the PAL version of the game too.

Any help? Ive trolled the internets but not having much luck

I would just like to thanks Scorpus for spending so much time creating all these great guides for us - I've followed a few of them to get my PSP sorted and they have all been just right

Edit: to patch the PAL version of FFVIII (and FFVII for that matter) search for an app called PatchIt (DCEmu has some of the files necessary) and Zapper / Zapper2000 (not sure on this one though it may just fix the screen position between PAL and NTSC). - Keikura

Well i've gotten Final Fantasy Created as a multi disk boot for my psp. the game plays fine but now i've gotten to the point where it says to insert disk 2. At this point it will not skip over to disk too it keeps saying insert disk two. I followed the directions to make it a multi disk boot but for some queer reason it just wont work. I used psx2psp to create the game boot. I dont quite understand how the base.pbp works and my game worked with out it. does the base.pbp have anything to do with it not booting the next disk on my multidisk eboot?

I never really got how multidisk eboots work. FF7 works fine as single disc eboots. You can take that path, but you have to start your game over.

You can also try using CWHCEAT to switch between the game discs.

Hey can anybody help me out, since I am on a MAC, and well virtual machine (vmware fusion or virtualbox aren't working, my computer sucks & well I do not have any PC's near me).

Well anyways I just want to create 2 DOCUMENT.DAT text walkthrough's for FF7 & MGS

So can someone take these 2 HTML (they are just plain text inside) files & convert them into 2 Document.dat for me?
