Just a quick question. For the Final Fantasies (7,8,9) if I want them to have separate eboots, will they still work on the disc change?

Do I have to make sure that they have the same Game ID if they're going to be separate? I'm wondering, because POPs makes two saves files after I booted up disc 1 and disc 2 of FF7.

Your guides are fantastic. I just followed this tonight to make a multi disk EBOOT for Metal Gear Solid Integral.
I don't have time to test it out tonight, but if I have any problems I will post back with questions.
Thanks +Rep

Great guides mate. First time i read this guide i got it working. Only thing i'm having problems with is getting back ground music. Any chance you can post a guide on how to put at3 format? I have looked high and low and can't seem to find a converter tool for it.

Please help

Hi there mate, having another problem. I am doing the exact same thing as i have done for FF7 only im doing it now for FF9. It completes and then the PSX2PSP.exe performs an illegal operation upon completion. It says its at 100% and then thats when it crashes. I then put it on my psp in the same PSP\Game\ folder and then when i try to run it it brings the PS logo up with the black screen and then the screen goes black and nothing else happens. Can you help.

Still having quite a bit of trouble with FF9. Can't seem to get it past the Sony PS1 logo at the beginning. I have tried to do this by creating a single cd eboot and also tried it with a multiple eboot. Both crash after the PS1 logo. Can you help?

Ok so im still wondering wtf im doing wrong here. I have downloaded this here...

http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/f118...0-m33-t227541/

I have then copied the seplugins folder to the route of my PSP. I then turn it on and boot in to recovery mode and enable the Popsloader plugins.

I exit and boot back in to XMB and then go to USB mode. Earlier on i created a singl eboot with all 4 discs attached for Final Fantasy 9. I then put this eboot.pbp in to PSP\Game\.

I then go to the game and start it up. It then asks me for the firmware that i wish to play it in. I have tried all firmwares here and still none of them boot it up. It does the Playstation logo and then the screen goes black and freezes. Am i missing something here? Have i done something wrong? Is there something i haven't actually done.

Please help

I finally got another mc to try this out. I had to use the program called ZiNgABuRgA's Simple Popstation GUI though to convert Metal Gear Solid Integral (J) to EBOOT files.

I had at first tried PSX2PSPv1.4.2 but the games would not load on my psp.

I have CFW 3.71 M33-4. I just downloaded the popsloader folder with the prx files already dumped from this guide.
http://www.pspmod.com/forums/psp-sof...ion-guide.html
Then went into recovery mode to enable the plugins

I did notice when I started the game it did not ask me which popsloader to use, so I probably didn't need the files. Not sure as I am new at this.

Anyway thanks to this guide I am now playing this game finally.
