Hello,

I upgraded to 6.00 from the Sony site before I found out about firmware, and I'm wondering how I can rectify this. My PSP is a UK slim.

Your only choice is Pandora+MMS, and even then it still might not be hackable if the PSP has the unhackable motherboard.

hi ppl. i have a psp-2000 with cfw 3.90 m33-3.

can i get some advice on which cfw to upgrade to to be able to play new games such as gran turismo etc and still be able to play old games such as dissidia?

the cfw was loaded when i got my psp so i'm really clueless about these stuff. i wouldn't mind trying it myself if there weren't any chances of bricking.

so do i need a pandora battery? or can i just load it like that...?

first update to 5.00m33-6 using my tutorial

5.00m33-6
run these installers from with 3.xx kernal mode set.(hold R trigger when starting psp to enter recovery menu, enter config, set game homebrew kernal to 3.xx)

-first download this file

http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1568

-extract it

-after extracting it, u will get a 5.00 official firmware eboot.

-rename it as 500.PBP

-then download this link below

http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1646

-extract it

-u will get a update folder

-put the 500.PBP in that update folder

-connect ur psp to pc via usb cable or card reader

-put the update folder in PSP/GAME/

-run it from the xmb, thats all

and then use this link to go to 5.50gen-d2 to play games without patching em
