3.52m33

run these installers from with 1.5 kernal mode set.(hold r trigger when starting psp to enter recovery menu, enter config, set game homebrew kernal to 1.5)

-go from any oe/seto 3.52m33 here:

http://calo-hacks.com/downloads/cust...oe-m33.exe.zip

now,

once at 3.52m33, install update #4, here:

http://calo-hacks.com/downloads/cust...3-update-4.zip

5.00m33-6

run these installers from with 3.xx kernal mode set.(hold r trigger when starting psp to enter recovery menu, enter config, set game homebrew kernal to 3.xx)

-first download this file

http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1568

-extract it

-after extracting it, u will get a 5.00 official firmware eboot.

-rename it as 500.pbp

-then download this link below

http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1646

-extract it

-u will get a update folder

-put the 500.pbp in that update folder

-connect ur psp to pc via usb cable or card reader

-put the update folder in psp/game/

-run it from the xmb, thats all

5.00m33 1.5 kernal addon(fat psps only)

http://www.psp-hacks.com/download.php?id=1572

1.50 official update (extract and rename to 150.pbp and put in root of memcard)

http://www.psp-hacks.com/download.php?id=4

then after upgrading to 5.00m33-6,

format flash1 and reset settings by going to recovery menu ( turn ur psp off fully (not in sleep mode) and then hold r button and turn it on) it will go to recovery menu, then go to advance and klik format flash1 and reset settings (this wont harm ur

psp, will only reset ur settings))

u need to set ur iso loader and boost ur cpu speeds...

To do so, enter vsh menu press select button from xmb) then scroll down and set umd mode/iso loader to sony np9660(the best!)

next, boost ur cpu speeds in game and xmb to 333/166(in vsh menu), this will not harm ur psp(only uses battery up a little faster)(wifi card can become hot if used for long periods @ this speed)

also, format memstick to delete unneeded install files and create folder structure...
thank you! I really appreciate this!

Hello, I am currently running 3.52 m33-4 on a phat psp and trying to get to 5.00 m33-6.
I have downloaded 500.pbp and put it in the update file (which is in the psp/game folder).
When I start the program it says unpacking...done then please wait, this is where I am stuck, well it has just said please wait for 20+ minutes. Is this regular?
Thanks
-KamZhiYii

edit: +1 hour now

Edit 2: nevermind, it seems that my kernel was still on 1.5

what games are they??

is ur mem card fake??

try setting ur iso loader to m33 in the vsh menu

try formatting flash1 and reset settings in the recovery menu

try upgrading to 5.00m33-6 using the tut below:

5.00m33-6
run these installers from with 3.xx kernal mode set.(hold R trigger when starting psp to enter recovery menu, enter config, set game homebrew kernal to 3.xx)

-download this link below

http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1646

-extract it

-u will get a update folder

-connect ur psp to pc via usb cable or card reader

-put the update folder in PSP/GAME/

-run it from the xmb, thats all

then after upgrading to 5.00m33-6,

format flash1 and reset settings by going to recovery menu ( turn ur psp off fully (not in sleep mode) and then hold R button and turn it on) it will go to recovery menu, then go to advance and klik format flash1 and reset settings (this wont harm ur psp, will only reset ur settings))

try setting ur iso loader to m33 in the vsh menu

try formatting flash1 and reset settings in the recovery menu
did just now, still no joy

try upgrading to 5.00m33-6 using the tut below:

5.00m33-6
run these installers from with 3.xx kernal mode set.(hold R trigger when starting psp to enter recovery menu, enter config, set game homebrew kernal to 3.xx)

Can't run from 3.xx i only have 1.5x and 5.xx

-download this link below

http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1646

-extract it

-u will get a update folder

-connect ur psp to pc via usb cable or card reader

-put the update folder in PSP/GAME/

-run it from the xmb, thats all

then after upgrading to 5.00m33-6,

format flash1 and reset settings by going to recovery menu ( turn ur psp off fully (not in sleep mode) and then hold R button and turn it on) it will go to recovery menu, then go to advance and klik format flash1 and reset settings (this wont harm ur psp, will only reset ur settings))

chek if ur mem card is fake by clicking triangle button in the xmb and go to informations and tell me what it says for magic gate

GAMES/ISO'S:
A few reminders for playing iso/cso games:
-You must have Custom Firmware(OE/SE/M33) or 1.5(using dev-hook) on ur psp
-Make sure gamename is less than 20 characters
-New games require higher firmware, upgrade to the latest CF(M33)
-Iso/cso files go in ISO folder(eg. ms0:\ISO\wipeout.iso)
-U must have a folder called "game" in psp folder (ms0:\psp\game) make one if u must or format memcard with psp to create folder structure...
-make sure u have set iso loader/umd mode to SONY NP9660(best) or M33(also good), this is found in recovery>config or in VSH menu...
-make sure ur memstick is not fake.
-some prx's(such as screenshot.prx) can interfer with loading iso's
-some "backups/iso's" are corrupt, try a different copy
-if u get the 80020148 error loading a game, enter recovery menu>advanced and format flash1 and reset settings, then reset ur iso loader and try again..
