I dont know about CFwenabler 3.5 but I do know that CFWenabler 3.3 has the Unistall option.
Download it, run it and if that does not have the uninstall option, you're all set for GEN-B.

I fired up CFWenable 3.3 I get :

Flash n Start
Changelog
Exit

So Im set for gen b?

I guess formatting is not required..Just start any of the game and see if it works...If it works, u are good to go.
