I am using the most recent YACC to shrink dumped ISO games. All I am doing is using the compression tab. Does this shrink the games to their smallest size without losing music and video(assumption cause my compressed games still have music and video). I would like to make them smaller so if YACC does shrink them to their smallest, I guess I need to lose the music and videos, does the batch conversion tab do that for me? Sorry Im a noob and I did read the tut, I just didnt read much past 3rd page, sorry if this has been explained already.

If your just using the compression tab, It will compress the ISO and it will just dummy the update folder and remove excess padding, it does not touch any of the video or sound files.

Batch conversion just allows you to compress multiple ISO at once. It doesn't remove any video or audio files.

I've never used Yacc. I prefer using UMDGen.

CisoPlus in Yacc doesn't have the advanced options that UMDGen has, as far as relinking videos and such. I believe it just writes the files to the lost area, it doesn't give you the option to relink certain pmf files and keep others.

i would assume that wherever you got it from was supposed to have the file name on it but took it off for whatever reason. just rename it to whatever.iso and if that doesnt work try .cso.
