Well, I never screwed with my flash until I found this thread, it worked at first, then I put on NetFront browser, and then it screwed up again...After that, I re-installed the firmware blah blah you know the rest..and now I'm in my position now...I'm waiting for results.

Well, my PSP worked all day today, until now, I went and turned it on, the green light stayed on for 30 seconds tops, and turned off, the next time, I tried, it did it for 3 seconds, and then off again...I keep doing this, and it won't change a thing...I guess I can't help my PSP at all... What do you think guys, time for a new one? My friend said he'll sell me his for $40...So, I might buy it.

Wait a sec...my PSP turned on after about 20 tries...Now I'll see if it freezes..and it turned off...

I have a battery I've converted to Pandora a couple of times, and it started going goofy on me almost exactly like that after converting back. Try another battery altogether and see if the PSP works right then. If it does, then PLEASE POST A NEW THREAD UNDER HELP and I'll do what I can to help you try to salvage the one you've been using for Pandora. I have no problem trying to help you, but many of your posts really belong in their own separate threads under help. Be patient too, because I'd hate for you to end up worse off than you are right now.

For anyone else keeping up with this thread, please don't let Clip's impatience discourage anyone from considering or testing this technique. Although it's still experimental, those that have been able to properly complete it have all reported success so far. If there have actually been any real failures from my process, I hope people will post those as well so people will know if there are any significant risks.

Yes, strangely, I believe that this problem is from the Pandora...but I'm using it as normal, I might as well buy a new battery. and yes people, please ignore my posts, for it is my fault in the first place for doing this to my PSP..
over_clox, I will try using another battery, and if things work out, then it's problem solved...thanks a lot. What's weird is, the ONLY problem is the turning off and on thing... it doesn't freeze anymore So it's the pandora, not this flash technique doing this...my PSP is pretty much fixed...just needs a new battery. Thanks.

If I use one of those 1.50 kernel homebrew loaders on a Slim, could I use the 1.50v of PSPFiler to dump/flash? Just a suggestion, I really want to fix my brother's PSP.

Also, bump. <.<
