I guess lua isn't very popular. I noticed the lua forums at psp-programming.com hadn't been posted in for like a month or two.
But I am just learning lua so I hope people still happen to check this section to help me out.

I think when the psp first game out, this was the way to go. quick, simple way to make apps.
but then as things should do, the quality demand was higher for your app to be popular so pretty much everyone abandon'd lua. I personally prefer python for the PSP. You can run your APPs natively on your PC so the dev time is far less.
