It has 3 rings , the lady told me it was hard failure. It is/was hacked to play backups so no warranty under Microsoft.

It's not banned from live and maybe you can fix it.

Dude if she was a scammer she wouldnt have brought up the fact that she was banned from paypal because that would just kill any scammers plan. Also look at her post count. 2000 some posts :o

I do a lot of business online, with a lot of different sites. Post count, or time registered means nothing. Feedback doesn't mean much either, as I've seen somebody with 15 feedback turn around and rip off about 20 people. Also, by saying that's she's banned from PayPal, makes us buyer wonder why she's banned. And why would I as a buyer use an extremely unsafe method such as a money order?

No, she probably won't scam me, but there's no harm in making sure.

I was banned because of my stupidity. I sold R4's on eBay and got the people to pay me by Paypal. Paypal and Ebay warned be several of times, but I ignored it, and kept on selling. Now I'm banned from both sites. That's what I get for not reading or following the "rules".
Anyways.... back to business....
Yep, I saw the broken 360's on eBay also. The only difference I see is that mine comes with a HD, controller, and all the cables.
I'd say $100 is good enough. I don't know about shipping though.

Oops, that is something I didn't realize, it does come with a controller and hard drive. And I'm considering buying it, but I'm still thinking. Can you do a shipping calculation on UPS, USPS and Fedex? A brand new 360 in the box is 7.7 pounds, so do the calculation at 8 pounds. Also, I live in 60085. See what the best method of shipping is. (I don't care about speed.)
